I’ve known Lynnda for more years than I care to admit and our connection
is Nottinghamshire where we both grew up. We spent weekends caravanning all over the county and I guess many of our
ideas must stem from the gardens, woods and landscape we experienced then.
I have no formal artistic training
other than some design courses as part of my Town and Country Planning degree but who would have thought many years later
those first steps of drawing housing estates and car parks would lead to designing art stamps.
I have
always been interested in crafts of various sorts, drawing as a child and creating ‘gardens on a plate’
through to knitting and cross stitch doing my own designs for both.
Then Lynnda introduced me to the world
of scrapbooking and stamping and the rest as they say is history. I have always taken photographs and so scrapbooking
fits perfectly with that. I love making mini albums of holidays and other special events and many of our stamps are
designed for the scrapbooker too.
I hope that you like our designs and we’d love to see what you make with
them. We try to make our designs as versatile as possible then you just have to add your own creativity.
